Delicate Winds of Athens

A commissioned idea brought up to me by who asked for me to use a particular reference and draw Athena, Ancient Greek Goddess of wisdom and strategic warfare but to draw her not in a traditional way (not in her battle regalia, no headdress). She also suggested I use flowers or jewelry in the portrait, I went with flowers. I chose gladilous because they mean "strength of character" which I felt was fitting for Athena.

This is the reference she gave me which I used the best I could for the face and the angle, other than that I freehanded the rest. [link]
